Unlike the boiled water on a stovetop, it will maintain the same temperature selected for long periods of time. This will come in handy to supply hot water in a safe way at the household. The upper lid & power cord is detachable for easy cleaning. Other features include an automatic lock system, energy saving setting, and non-stick coated inner pot.
